Instead of returning the device, a student or guide who no longer wishes to continue with Prenda or a charter  partner can opt to purchase their Prenda issued device for $100

Note: there are no warranties on purchased devices and they are sold ‘as-is.’ These devices are currently in the guide’s or student’s possession, and you will not receive a different device from Prenda.

If you would like your purchased device to be removed from Prenda’s chromebook management system, fill out this form.  Please allow 30 days for us to perform this task. If a student uses a Prenda kids email to log in, the device will still be minimally managed.
